- booking places on Dublin Raiders Easter Camps & Tournament 2025 through our online booking portal.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
No responsibility will be accepted by Dublin Raiders Basketball Club for Parents/Guardians who do not fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
Parents/Guardians must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Places are not confirmed until payment in full is received.
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking up to 1st April there will be a 10% administration fee charged to process the refund. Cancellations post 1st April will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given if cancelling 48 hours before start of camp.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club will only accept children from the age of 6 years up to 6th class in Primary School for the U12s Easter Camp.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club will only accept players in 1st year to 3rd year for the Basketball Skills Camp.
Raiders 3x3 Tournament is for players from U16s, U17s & U18 Teams only
A Parent/Guardian must complete and sign the Online Application Form, and agree to Terms & Conditions. Camp Payment via EasyPayments Plus is also taken as agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
All medical conditions or significant information e.g. ASD/ADHD must be clearly stated on the Application Form.
Children must bring a light snack and water/drink each day.
The hours of the U12 Easter Camp are 10am–1pm Tuesday 22nd to Friday 25th April. The hours of the Skills Camp is 1:30pm - 4:30pm Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd April. The hours of the 3x3 Tournament is 1:30pm - 4:30pm Thursday 24th & Friday 25th April
Children attending this Easter U12 Camp will not be taken into Camp before 9:45am and must be collected no later than 1pm. Players attending this Skills Camp and 3x3 Tournament will not be taken into the hall before 1:15am and must be collected no later than 4:30pm. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club and its coaches are not responsible for Children outside of these times
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire camp.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.
Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from Camp due to misbehaviour whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk without a refund.
Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be applicable.
