Halloween Camp & Clinics 2025 Terms & Conditions
- For use of Dublin Raiders Website; and
- Booking places on Dublin Raiders Halloween Camp & Clinics 2025 through our online booking portal.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
No responsibility will be accepted by Dublin Raiders Basketball Club for Parents/Guardians who do not fully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
Parents/Guardians must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Places are not confirmed until payment in full is received.
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking up to 23rd October 2025 there will be a 10% administration fee charged to process the refund. Cancellations post 23rd October will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given if cancelling 48 hours before start of camp.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club only accepts children from the age of 6 years up to 18 years of age.
A Parent/Guardian must complete and sign the Online Application Form, and agree to Terms & Conditions. Camp / Skills Clinic Payment via ClubZap is also taken as agreement with the Terms and Conditions.
All medical conditions or significant information e.g. ASD/ADHD must be clearly stated on the Application Form.
Children must bring a light snack and water/drink each day.
The hours of the 5yr - 6th Class Camp are 10am–1pm is Tuesday 28th to Friday 31st October. Children attending this Camp will not be taken into Camp before 9:45am and must be collected no later than 1pm. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club and its coaches are not responsible for Children outside of these times.
The hours of the Boys Elite Skills Clinic is 1:30pm–4:30pm Tuesday 28th to Friday 31st October. Players attending this Skills Clinic will not be taken into the gym before 1:15pm and must be collected no later than 4:30pm. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club and its coaches are not responsible for players outside of these times.
The hours of the Girls Elite Skills Clinic in conjunction with 4Hoops4Her is 10am–1pm for U12 - U14s and 1:30pm - 4:30pm for U15s - U18s on Thursday 30th October. Players attending this Skills Clinic will not be taken into the gym before 10pm and must be collected no later than 4:30pm. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club and its coaches are not responsible for players outside of these times
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel part of/or the entire camp.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness.
Information on activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions, program schedules, and other arrangements. Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.
Dublin Raiders Basketball Club reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from Camp / Skills Clinic due to misbehaviour whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk without a refund.
Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no refund will be applicable.
